VIDEO AND OTHER FORMATS GEARED TOWARDS SPECIFIC TARGET GROUPS

A variety of formats were used to showcase Interseroh’s sustainability strategy — and make it tangible.

After six years of sustainability reporting, INTERSEROH Dienstleistungs GmbH was once again keen to put their sustainability strategy in the spotlight. The strategy is at the core of the sustainability understanding that has crystalized in the company over the years, so the requirement was to also convey it in various multimedia formats. This was of course a very welcome challenge for akzente, and a tool for further deepening the concept of target group-oriented sustainability communication.

To complement its GRI-compliant facts and figures, Interseroh has published a sustainability magazine—both online and in print—for some years now, with the conceptual and editorial assistance of akzente. The environmental service provider is thus engaging its customers in a targeted manner. The next step was to create a video together that explains the sustainability strategy and provides a human touch. akzente provided support throughout this process, from the very first idea to the storyboard development and briefing of the interview partners all the way to the shooting of the video together with our partner forStory and finalization.

The video was implemented within less than a month and can be viewed on both the Interseroh website and YouTube. It’s also a welcome communication tool for the sales team as it can be used to clearly and concisely outline exactly what sustainability means for the company.
